• Teachers, students and parents must strictly follow the hygiene rules adopted to prevent Covid-19 infection. It is to be noted that in the case of implementation of assignment activities during strict lockdown / prohibition due to Covid-19 overdose, the heads of the institutions will take practical steps through coordination with the concerned regional directors and local administrations. In any case, the guidelines for hygiene cannot be disregarded;
• So In this activity, it is necessary to ensure that the examinee does not face any unethical pressure. In addition, no fee can be charged from the students for any assignment related to the examination fee / assessment fee. If any complaint is found against an individual or organization in this regard, promptly investigate and take legal action.
• A cover page (sample) has been attached with this notification for the assignment of 2021 HSC candidates. The examiner can create the cover page himself or the educational institution may provide the cover page as per the sample in compliance with the health rules while assigning the assignment to the examinees. Candidates must then fill in the relevant part of the cover page and submit it along with the assignment; However, no money can be collected from the students for this cover page (provided by the educational institution);
• Each educational institution will send the marks obtained in the assignments of all the examinees online as per the instructions of the concerned Education Board (Education Bards will provide instructions in this regard in due course);

• The Office of the Director of the Regional Office of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education shall make active supervision, monitoring and necessary coordination for the smooth conduct of the assignment activities in its respective jurisdictions;
• All the teachers and employees of the concerned educational institutions are instructed to assist the heads of all the institutions for the smooth conduct of the assignment activities. In accordance with the instructions of the head of the institution, the required teachers and employees will conduct the activities from their respective institutions in accordance with the hygiene rules;
• Different Romnbricks have been added for each assignment of each subject to properly assess the nature, needs, range, steps, breadth of thought and creativity, basic subjects etc. in the student’s writing. This issue should be taken care of by all concerned.
• Priority should be given to evaluating the student’s thinking, imagination, perceptive ability, creative ability, ability to express and present individuality in a creative and aesthetic way by utilizing the acquired knowledge and skills of the textbook without memorizing or writing assignments from the exact textbook.
• Assess the assignment submitted by the student and save the information in the organization as per the following table (in Excel format):

Instructions to the Heads of Educational Institutions:

• Quickly inform the teachers / examinees / parents about all the relevant instructions including assignment distribution / acceptance / evaluation;
• Provide necessary instructions to the examinees regarding filling and attachment of cover page along with providing assignment;
• Ensuring proper use of the cover page of the assignment submitted by the examinee;
• The cover page has 4 (four) parts – part of the examinee, part of the evaluator, part of the educational institution authority and part of the bard.
• The information mentioned on the cover page should be filled in properly and verified to ensure the submission of assignment;
• The number obtained in the assignment should be sent online by the educational institution as per the instructions of the concerned education board;
• Ensure that subject-assessed assignments are properly forwarded to the Education Baird as directed by the concerned Education Baird;
• Ensure that part of the cover page of the assignments to be sent to the Education Baird in the subject assessed MAT assignments as per the instructions of the concerned Education Baird;
• In preparing the assignment, the student should not resort to duplication or irregularities in any other way. He should take appropriate steps in this regard;
• The Assessing Teacher shall ensure that the Assignment Assessment is not neglected, overestimated or underestimated;

Instructions for Assessing Teachers:

• Appropriate importance should be given to assignment evaluation and use of cover page;
• On the cover page of the table below, the information of the number obtained by the student has to be filled in by the assessing teacher (the number obtained must be written in English).
• If the student is found to be involved in duplication or other irregularities in the preparation of the assignment, he / she should immediately inform the head of the institution;

HSC 2021 Assignment Routine:  Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education is published the HSC Assignment Routine 2021 in the pdf file on DSHE.GOV.BD.

The government has decided to publish 15-week HSC candidates 2021 for evaluation in an alternative manner for HSC Exam 2021.

DSHE will publish the Assignments for 2021 HSC candidates Continuously on the official website prepared by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board. As for that, They have also designed a routine/assignment grid for that. 

Starting from July 26, the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education will publish two assignments of elective subjects every week for the HSC Candidates 2021.

So, Students who are participating in the HSC Assignment 2021 can now check the assignment routine/grid published by DSHE.

HSC Assignment Routine 2021

Students now can check the assignment routine/grid for HSC Exam Assignment 2021. By following the routine of publishing the assignments of HSC candidates 2021, the students will get a good idea about the date on which the prescribed subjects of their assignments will be published and the time within which they have to submit it with the solutions the colleges.

As per the Ministry of Education guidelines, in light of the short syllabus of the 2021 HSC examination of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board, a total of 30 assignments have been prepared for the students of science, humanities, and business education for ten weeks.

If it is not possible to open educational institutions due to Covid-19 or if it is not possible to take the HSC examination in 2021, the students will be evaluated based on the marks obtained in the assignment, and the results will be published.

The Assignment Routine will allow students to know the details of the number of assignments to be published on a given subject and the number of assignments to be published for each subject each week.

HSC 2021 Assignment Grid

Assignments based on the reorganized syllabus of HSC candidates for 2021 are divided into three parts;

The first group includes physics, history, history and culture of Islam, business organization and management, Islamic education, child development, light music.

The second group includes biology, advanced mathematics, sociology, social work, geography, finance banking and insurance, production management and marketing, Arabic, home management, and family life;

The third group includes chemistry, economics, civics, good governance, logic, accounting, food and nutrition, classical music; Assignments on all these subjects will be published continuously following the routine on the website of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education.

A student has to submit 30 assignments for the three compulsory subjects based on their group elective subjects.

DSHE will allot No assignments for optional subjects, and They will give three assignments for the first, fourth, seventh, ninth, and thirteenth week for the students of the music branch.

Assignment Solution for HSC Batch 2021

A student has to prepare HSC 2021 Assignment Answer on three group-based subjects. A total of 30 assignment solutions have to be created. That means you have to make 10 assignment answers in each subject. In that case, the student has to create 5 assignment solutions for each paper of a Subject. Student will be prepared two assignment per week.

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education will publish two assignments per week. The student has to submit two assignment solutions to his/her college every week.

HSC Assignment 2021 Answer

Students will have two papers for each subject assignment. They need to prepare the answer for each paper. 2021 HSC Assignment Deadline

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education DSHE has not set any deadline for the 2021 HSC Assignment Answer. DSHE will publish two assignments per week. Students will collect and submit assignments to their college. College authorities will set a deadline for each week’s assignment. The student must submit the assignment solution within the stipulated time frame.

HSC 2021 Arabi 3rd week Assignment

Arabi is a group-based subject. This subject is for science group students only. The assignment of this subject will be given below along with the SSC Arabi assignment answer with PDF.

HSC Assignment Routine Grid 2021 2nd Week Answer – PDF Download 1st Week 2nd Week 3rd Week has been published today on my www daily result bd com website. The assignments of this year’s HSC candidates have been published by the Department of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) of the Ministry of Education. It was published on DSHE’s website on Monday (July 26) night.

The website publishes an HSC two-week assignment for 2021 HSC candidates. At the same time, the instructions for evaluating the assignments of the candidates have also been published.

HSC 5th Week Assignment 2021 Grid Routine

According to the letter from Mausi, the first phase, prepared in the light of the restructured syllabus for 2021 HSC candidates, will cover 23 subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Advanced Mathematics, History, History and Culture of Islam, Politics and Sustainability) for two weeks (1st and 2nd week). Economics, Logic, Sociology, Social Work, Geography, Business Organization & Management, Accounting, Finance, Production Management & Marketing, Arabic, Islam Education, Child Development, Food & Nutrition, Home Management & Family Life, Short Music, Classical Music) Yes.

In order to give and accept this assignment to all HSC candidates of 2021, it has been asked to follow the health-related regulations announced by the government of covid-19.

Meanwhile, Bangla, English and ICT exams will not be taken for the 2021 SSC and HSC exams. Besides, the fourth subject will not be examined. By mapping the subject, the number of required and fourth subject will be added along with the examination/evaluation number of three subjects by category.

A notification issued by the Dhaka Education Board yesterday (Monday) gave directions on how the results would be released. In light of this, the results of the current year will be published.

As it is not possible to take classes by opening an educational institution due to the corona situation, assignments are being given in light of the syllabus prepared for this year’s SSC and HSC candidates. After evaluating it, the class teachers will add the number and send it to the concerned board of education.
